Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that delivery timelines begin after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Orders valued at ₹5 and above are eligible for Free Shipping 🎉

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Orders valued between ₹299 and ₹1,990 will incur a shipping charge of ₹49.

Metro Cities: 2–5 working days
Rest of India: 3–7 working days

Order Cancellation & COD Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on select orders. Marico Limited reserves the right to enable, disable, modify, or withdraw the COD payment option for any customer, order, location, or product category at its sole discretion without prior notice.
